Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets riced
  • 1 cup leafy greens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken in olive oil until done.
  2. Sauté garlic and greens in butter until wilted.
