Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease muffin tin.
  2. Mix chicken, soup, and vegetables.
  3. Press biscuit dough into muffin cups.
  4. Fill with chicken mixture.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Allow pies to cool before removing.
