Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
Orange Sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Method
