Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 3 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season ribs with spices.
  3. Cover and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  4. Mix BBQ sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
  5. Brush ribs and bake uncovered at 400°F for 15–20 minutes.

Notes

Cook low and slow for best tenderness. Finish uncovered for caramelized glaze.
