- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook ramen noodles according to package directions, reducing time by 1 minute. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water before draining.
- Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Add drained noodles to skillet with garlic butter, tossing to coat. Remove from heat.
- Add parmesan cheese and cream, tossing quickly to create creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water gradually if needed for consistency.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best results. Keep heat low when adding cheese to prevent seizing. Best served immediately while hot.
