- Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture to create the stir fry sauce.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, and snap peas and stir fry 5–7 minutes.
- Pour sauce over vegetables and cook 1–2 minutes until glossy and thickened.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chili flakes or drizzle with extra sesame oil before serving.
