Ingredients
  

Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • 1-2 tbsp oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture to create the stir fry sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, and snap peas and stir fry 5–7 minutes.
  5. Pour sauce over vegetables and cook 1–2 minutes until glossy and thickened.
  6. Serve warm over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chili flakes or drizzle with extra sesame oil before serving.
