Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat preferred
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free sweetener granulated
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Spread batter evenly into pan.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until just set.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake; brownies firm up as they cool.
