Brownie Batter
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp milk plus more if needed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour and let cool completely.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and milk.
