Ingredients
  

Egg Roll Bowl
  • 1 lb ground meat pork, chicken, turkey, or beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. Brown ground meat in a large skillet with oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cabbage and carrots; cook until tender-crisp.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar; toss to combine.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.
