Ingredients
  

Crust Base
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  2. Mix in cheeses and seasonings.
  3. Spread onto baking sheet and bake until golden.
  4. Add toppings and bake again until melted.

Notes

Drain cottage cheese if watery. Spread thin for crispier crust.
