French Dip Sliders

Savory baked sliders filled with tender roast beef, melted cheese, and served with warm au jus for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Small saucepan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onions until soft and lightly caramelized.
  3. Layer buns, beef, onions, and cheese in baking dish.
  4. Brush tops with seasoned melted butter.
  5. Bake covered 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 minutes.
  6. Heat beef broth with Worcestershire sauce for au jus.
  7. Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.

Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
