  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold
  • 0.75 cup milk
Custard Coating
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  5. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
  6. Dip biscuits into custard mixture.
  7. Cook on greased skillet until golden brown on both sides.
