  • 4 medium Roma tomatoes finely diced
  • 0.5 medium white onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño minced, seeds removed
  • 0.25 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 0.25 tsp salt or to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Dice tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño. Chop cilantro.
  2. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix well and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Let rest 10–15 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos, bowls, and more.

Notes

Add serrano for heat or mango for sweetness.
