Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium green cabbage chopped
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes undrained
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in cabbage and cook until wilted.
  4. Add tomatoes and seasonings; simmer until tender.
  5. Top with cheese and Fritos before serving.

Notes

Add Fritos just before serving to keep them crunchy.
