- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze clusters for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate over frozen clusters.
- Freeze again 10–15 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Serve immediately or store in freezer.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt to help the clusters hold their shape while freezing.
