Ingredients
  

Yogurt Clusters
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze clusters for 2–3 hours until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Drizzle chocolate over frozen clusters.
  7. Freeze again 10–15 minutes until chocolate sets.
  8. Serve immediately or store in freezer.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt to help the clusters hold their shape while freezing.
