Ingredients
  

Candied Grapes
  • 4 cups seedless grapes
  • 3-4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1-2 tsp citric acid or lemon-lime drink mix for sour coating

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Wash grapes and remove stems.
  2. Toss damp grapes with sugar until coated.
  3. Add sour seasoning and toss again.
  4. Freeze grapes in a single layer for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve directly from the freezer.

Notes

Green grapes provide the most sour candy-like flavor.
