Method
- Line a muffin tin with liners.
- Mix granola, melted oil, and honey until sticky.
- Press mixture firmly into muffin cups forming shells.
- Stir yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill granola shells with yogurt mixture.
- Top with berries and freeze at least 3–4 hours.
- Let sit 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best creamy texture. Store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
