Ingredients
  

Granola Base
  • 2 cups granola
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Filling
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh berries

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix granola, melted oil, and honey until sticky.
  3. Press mixture firmly into muffin cups forming shells.
  4. Stir yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fill granola shells with yogurt mixture.
  6. Top with berries and freeze at least 3–4 hours.
  7. Let sit 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best creamy texture. Store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
