Ingredients
  

Brownies
  • 1 cup beetroot puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
Frosting
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate melted

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix wet ingredients including beet puree.
  2. Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 22–28 minutes.
  4. Blend frosting ingredients until smooth.
  5. Cool brownies fully, frost, slice, and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake for best fudgy texture. Store frosted brownies refrigerated.
