  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Rollups
  • 1 package refrigerated dough
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic Butter
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion until browned; add garlic and seasonings.
  3. Roll out dough and cut into sections.
  4. Fill dough with beef and cheese, then roll tightly.
  5. Bake rollups until golden brown.
  6. Mix garlic butter ingredients.
  7. Brush baked rollups with garlic butter and serve.
