- Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes without moving until golden brown.
- Flip pork chops and add butter and garlic to the pan.
- Baste pork chops with melted garlic butter for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove pork chops when internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes and spoon remaining butter over the top before serving.
Notes
Use thick-cut pork chops for the juiciest results. Avoid overcooking.
