Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season both sides.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and herbs.
  5. Baste pork chops with melted butter.
  6. Cook until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  7. Rest before serving.
