- Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them into uniform pieces.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and carrots. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, zucchini, and snap peas. Cook 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add remaining butter and toss.
- Add a small splash of water and cover for 1–2 minutes if vegetables need extra softness.
- Serve hot with optional parsley, lemon zest, or red pepper flakes.
Notes
For a richer flavor, finish with extra butter. Add red pepper flakes for heat or lemon zest for brightness.
