  • 300 g ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Mix filling ingredients.
  2. Fill and fold dumplings.
  3. Pan fry until golden.
  4. Add water and steam until cooked.
