Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Portion beef, place cheese in center, and form sealed balls.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough and wrap around each beef ball, sealing completely.
  5. Place seam-side down and bake 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Melt butter with minced garlic and brush over hot bombs.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and cheese melt.
