Chicken & Potatoes
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
  4. Arrange potatoes and chicken on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Broil briefly at the end for extra crispy skin if desired.
