Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.75 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer to a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender and juicy.
