Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll dough tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and salt.
- Brush garlic Parmesan butter over hot rolls before serving.

Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
