Soft pizza rolls filled with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni, baked until golden and brushed with garlic Parmesan butter.

Ingredients
  

Pizza Rolls
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Butter
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll dough tightly into a log.
  6. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and salt.
  9. Brush garlic Parmesan butter over hot rolls before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
