Ingredients
  

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated, divided
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and half the parmesan.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet cut-side down.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Toss with remaining parmesan and optional chili flakes.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roast on the bottom oven rack for the first 10 minutes.
