Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and half the parmesan.
- Spread on a baking sheet cut-side down.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Toss with remaining parmesan and optional chili flakes.
Notes
For extra crispiness, roast on the bottom oven rack for the first 10 minutes.
