Lamb
  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Season and sear lamb chops.
  2. Remove and prepare sauce in same pan.
  3. Return lamb and coat with sauce.
