- Cook pancetta in a skillet until crispy.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss.
- Remove from heat and stir in egg mixture quickly.
- Add pasta water gradually until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with black pepper and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
