- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- Melt butter with brown sugar and cream in a saucepan until smooth.
- Add caramel candies if using and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Stir in marshmallows until partially melted.
- Pour mixture over popcorn and gently fold to coat.
Notes
Best served warm for maximum gooey texture.
