- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Slice apples into ½-inch wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Grill apple slices 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and softened.
- Arrange apples on a platter and top each slice with a thin strip of prosciutto.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best served warm. Try adding goat cheese or a balsamic drizzle for variation.
