Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz green candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
  • 24 red heart sprinkles

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs with cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll mixture into balls and freeze 20 minutes.
  4. Melt candy melts with coconut oil.
  5. Dip truffles, top with red hearts, and let set.

Notes

Add heart sprinkles before coating sets.
