Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini cooked and cooled
  • 4 oz salami halved slices
  • 4 oz pepperoni halved slices
  • 5 oz provolone cheese cubed
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 0.75 cup creamy Italian dressing

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Pot
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions and cool.
  2. Combine tortellini, meats, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and peppers.
  3. Toss with dressing and seasoning.
  4. Chill to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Fold in lettuce just before serving.

Notes

Add lettuce just before serving to maintain crunch.
