Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until golden and partially tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  5. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Return potatoes to skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Pour in beef broth and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For crispier potatoes, avoid stirring too frequently.
