Skillet Base
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Assembly
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 6 tortillas cut
  • 1 cup cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef and onion until browned.
