Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups beef broth

Equipment

  • Pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles until al dente and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef and sauté onions and mushrooms.
  3. Add broth and seasonings, simmer until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, add noodles.

Notes

Add sour cream off heat to prevent curdling.
