- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in onion and cook until softened; add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in tomato sauce to coat the turkey.
- Add uncooked pasta and chicken broth; stir well.
- Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in butter and parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
- Taste, adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables, or extra parmesan for a cheesy finish.
