Ingredients
  

Turkey
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Brown ground turkey in skillet.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Prepare sauce by mixing ingredients.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, veggies.
  6. Drizzle sauce and serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
