- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Brown venison with onion and garlic until cooked.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in soup and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread mixture into baking dish and top with cheese.
- Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered 35–40 minutes until golden.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not thaw tater tots for best crispness.
