Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls kept connected
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6-8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Layer ham evenly over the rolls, followed by cheese.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  5. Whisk melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Brush butter mixture generously over the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and melted.

Notes

Let sliders rest 5 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
