- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and mix with yogurt, eggs, sweetener, oil, and vanilla.
- Whisk dry ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in strawberries.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and moisture.
