Ingredients
  

Apple Filling
  • 5 apples diced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Oat Crumble Topping
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine apples, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Spread apple mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, and maple syrup to form crumble.
  5. Layer crumble mixture on top of apples.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and apples are soft.
  7. Serve warm with yogurt or milk.

Notes

Use sweeter apples to reduce added sweetener if desired.
