Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 pound lean ground beef 85/15 blend
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Special Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
Bowl Components
  • 4 cups mixed lettuce leaves
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups oven-baked potato fries
  • 4 slices cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper for potato fries.
  2. Cut potatoes into fry-shaped strips, toss with olive oil and salt, bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
  3. Whisk together all special sauce ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in large bowl.
  5. Form seasoned beef into 4 equal patties, making them slightly larger than desired final size.
  6. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  7. Cook burger patties 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Add cheese slices during last minute of cooking if using, cover to melt.
  9. Let patties rest 2-3 minutes after cooking, then prepare fresh vegetables.
  10. Assemble bowls with lettuce base, burger patty, baked fries, fresh vegetables, and special sauce drizzle.

Notes

For meal prep, store components separately and assemble when ready to eat. Patties can be frozen for up to 3 months. Special sauce keeps refrigerated for up to 1 week.
