Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until coarse flour forms.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and mix with cocoa powder.
  4. Stir in maple syrup and melted coconut oil until dough forms.
  5. Roll into small balls or crumble into clusters and spread on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Cool completely before storing to allow cereal to crisp.

Notes

Allow full cooling time for maximum crunch. Store airtight.
