Ingredients
  

Tzatziki Dip
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup radishes grated and drained
  • 0.5 cup cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Grate and drain radishes and cucumber.
  2. Combine yogurt, radish, and cucumber in a bowl.
  3. Add garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir until smooth and fold in fresh herbs.
  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drain vegetables well to keep the dip thick.
