- Cook chicken in skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and vinegar and simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry until thickened.
- Return chicken and coat in sauce.
- Serve over rice with vegetables and garnish.
Notes
Add chili flakes for spice or swap rice for cauliflower rice for low-carb option.
