- Brush chicken breasts with butter mixture on all surfaces.
- Press herb and cheese mixture firmly onto both sides of each chicken breast.
- Drizzle with olive oil and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F and coating is golden brown.
