Method
- Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add dried hibiscus flowers and steep for 10–12 minutes.
- Strain the tea and allow it to cool completely.
- Blend strawberries until smooth. Strain if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sweetener.
- Stir well, taste, and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill and serve over ice with optional garnishes.
Notes
For a sparkling version, replace part of the water with sparkling water just before serving.
