  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp lightly and pat dry.
  2. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice together.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque.
  5. Add sauce and cook briefly until thickened.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp; remove from heat as soon as opaque.
